One of the main benefits of working with tasks in FreshFlow is their connectivity with contacts and calendar. Tasks are therefore a natural part of managing business activities and client relationships in FreshFlow.

In addition to the fact that the created tasks are automatically entered into the contact card or calendar, which will ensure automatic registration, you will also benefit from linking tasks to business activities, for example, when entering follow-up activities.

If you have a task arising from the meeting, it should be recorded. In FreshFlow, you create the task as a follow-up activity, which links it to the previous activity, registers it in your calendar, contact card and, of course, in the task list.

Intuitive delegation in a few clicks

In FreshFlow, creating and entering tasks is simple and intuitive.

You can add as many solvers as you like, including teams.

The solvers will automatically receive a notification and then the task will be displayed in their task board (list), calendar, or related contact tab.

Grouping tasks into a project

For example, are you multitasking on a contract and starting to lose it a bit? Simply keep track of them in projects for a better overview.

Subtasks (checklist) for each task

One task is often not enough. With subtasks, you can break down each task into specific steps that lead to actual completion – without confusion and forgotten details.

Add as many subtasks as you like, mark their status, and simply check off what’s already done.

There is something for everyone in FreshFlow. You can also easily switch between the list and the kanban.

Kanban is grouped into columns by To Do, In Progress, Completed, Cancelled, Postponed, and you can view it by specific solver, priority, or project.
